This outfit is a little dichotomous.  If you remember, I had come to the realization that I didn't have a plaid shirt even though I love plaid.  Truly disbelieving that I didn't actually possess one, I went through the closet again and found this blouse.  The skirt reminds me of a trench coat which made me pair it with my ruffled trench.  The ruffle with the short boots make me feel like I'm ready for a barn dance.
